Author Paul Fiarkoski was inspired to publish the book based on a personal bucket list he drafted after an unforgettable hiking trip to Havasupai in Grand Canyon. The Arizona Bucket List began as a post on Paul’s personal blog in 2014. By 2017, his trips to the places on his bucket list garnered so much interest that he published a separate blog: azwonders.com.
Lulu.com was founded after Bob Young had an unsatisfying traditional publishing experience with his book Under the Radar, which was based on his success as the co-founder of Red Hat. Bob was determined to establish a more effective and profitable route to publishing. This remains a core tenet of Lulu.com’s mission — making content creation and consumption a simpler and more rewarding experience for people around the world.
